
Once you have submitted a Reservation Request, Katie or Cris will call you for your credit card information. We charge your credit card on the day of the tour and will have a credit slip for you to sign. On the phone we will review pick up location and any other questions you may have. We will email a confirmation letter to you.
Cancellation Policy: In booking a tour you are agreeing to pay for all the seats you have reserved unless you give Skagway Float Tours 24 hours notice of cancellation or changes. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged full price for all seats you have reserved. The only exceptions are if your cruise ship does not make its scheduled stop at Skagway, if the ship is delayed arriving to port, or if Skagway Float Tours must cancel the tour for any reason. Please be on time for your tour. Due to scheduling, if you are late we may not be able to wait for you and we can not give refunds in this case.
All participants must sign a liabilty release form at the time of the tour. Children under 18 require parent/guardian signature. Our tours operate rain or shine so please dress in layers for your comfort. We provide life jackets, rain ponchos and rubber boots for the raft ride. We provide juice for the hike; bring a water bottle if you like. We have snack of smoked salmon, cheese, crackers, cookies at the end of tour.
